Yahaira is passionate about creating transformational leadership development experiences that last beyond a life time. But she gets a bigger charge out of helping people connect with their unique divine design and fulfilling their purpose in life. Since 1995, she has been equipping and empowering others to live their lives by design so that they can tap into their infinite potential and fulfill their life’s unique mission. She has served as a leadership trainer, facilitator, and consultant for several nonprofits, start up companies and organizations, small business owners, entrepreneurs, churches, and numerous diverse groups.

Her love of personal development combined with her strong dislike of seeing potential being wasted, and individuals, businesses and communities being stagnant for lack of vision and poor leadership, lead her to the creation of Finisterre Journey and being a Founding Partner of the John Maxwell Team.

As a graduate from Travel Agency Operations and Business Leadership she speaks the language of both tourism and leadership.

She loves working with tourism initiatives and social entrepreneurs who want to make a difference in the world and become catalyst of transformation.

She also enjoys singing, listening to uplifting music, traveling to foreign exotic locations, tasting different authentic cuisines, visiting secluded beaches, and learning about the history and behaviors of different cultures around the world.

Yahaira regularly speaks at business symposiums and conferences and facilitate workshops about true leadership, vision, purpose, goals, team work, creative tourism, intentionality, personal growth, and significance.

When she is not strategizing, writing, coaching, facilitating a mastermind, guiding a leadership development adventure in a exotic location or serving in an anti human trafficking project, you will find her in a beach nearby absorbed in the beauty of the ocean listening to uplifting music and reading a good book about leadership development or neuroscience.
